It is my mission and privilege to assist others in this remarkable process.

I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over 15 years experience working with adults, couples and groups. I am a seasoned provider of various evidence-based treatments with particular expertise in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). ACT is an established, evidence-based therapy shown to be an effective treatment for difficulties ranging from anxiety and depression, to addiction, chronic pain and simply feeling stuck.(Please see resources page for more information on this highly-regarded therapy.)

Along with my clinical work, I am a national ACT Trainer and consultant, and have authored and co-authored three books on this well respected and cutting-edge approach.
